Welcome to the Overseas Property Buyers Guide

Firstly let us make it CLEAR…. We do not sell property, buy property or even rent property, this advice centre is intended to do what it says on the header, and that is;  to provide clear impartial information, to overseas property buyers.
With years of experience in international real estate companies at senior and director level, and through our own overseas property investments, we came to realize that most of the overseas property buyer's guides and advisories are to be found on real estate agents websites, who obviously have a vested interest in selling property via that website. This usually results in conflicting and confusing information for the prospective buyer whilst researching and visiting real estate websites.
The intention of this property buyer's guide is to collate and condense the vast amount of information available to property buyers and property investors, and display what, in our opinion, is the best overseas real estate and property buyers information currently available, country by country in plain language.
We will include articles on global property opportunities, property investments and real estate advice from recognized and reliable sources, regularly updated news feeds and trade journal articles. Most importantly, links to real estate and property "blogs" where YOU, the property buyer and real estate investor, as well as property professionals have their say.
Our attitude is "warts and all", to tell it as it really is, for better or worse and to maintain our independence and impartiality.
We will display advertisements by real estate companies, and other service providers related to the property purchase, however their inclusion in our site does not constitute a recommendation to use that company or the services offered by any advertiser, nor will we be influenced in our investment opinions and property guides by any advertiser, contributor or other real estate guide or advisor.
Above all, and our first piece of property buying/investment advice, ALWAYS take legal advice from a properly qualified and registered solicitor or lawyer, preferably one based, or with associate offices in your intended country of property purchase, or at worst, one who can demonstrate previous success and experience in the real estate sector of that country. There is also no substitute for a personal recommendation by a trusted friend who has had successful dealings with that lawyer or solicitor.
